Thursday October 28th Performance Classes

Gelding Six Horse Hitch 
Thursday evening the Ricard O. Jacobson Center was packed for an evening of classes which featured an Open Amateur Team, the second round of Feed Team Races and the first heat of both the Mare Six and Gelding Six Horse Hitch.  Mr. Mark Barie judged the Amateur Team and Mr. Gary Miller from Roanoke, Indiana judged the Six Ups.  Click on this link for placings:  Performance Classes, Thursday October 28th.  

All-Star Percherons won the blue ribbon in the first heat of the Mare Six and Cape Cod Percherons placed first in the first heat of the Gelding Six.  Two more heats of both Mare and Gelding Sixes will take place on Friday (October 29th) and Saturday (October 30th) evening.  Following the final heat on Saturday, a Supreme Mare Six and Supreme Gelding Six will be crowned.

Sixteen Mare Six Horse Hitches vied for top placings while seventeen Gelding Six Horse Hitches competed.
